What it's about
Opening the experience is not enough. You have to know how to hold what opens.
Working with altered states of consciousness demands more than integration techniques or ceremonial repertoires: it requires clinical judgment, relational capacity, symbolic discernment, and an ethics able to hold intensity without appropriating it.

Two tracks. One diploma.
The courses can be completed separately; completing both, together with the integrative final project, leads to the Chakaruna Diploma in Clínica del Umbral.

Psychodynamic Clinical Practice of the Threshold
4 months · 120 hours · standalone certificate
- Setting, alliance, transference, and countertransference.
- Thirdness, intersubjective field, and hermeneutic space.
- Trauma, dependency, borderline states, and the clinical practice of return.
- Jung, post-Jungians, and deep integration of experience.

Initiatic Discernment and Traditional Metaphysics
4 months · 120 hours · standalone certificate
- Levels of reality, symbol, and mundus imaginalis.
- Presence, non-identification, and discernment of spirits.
- The psychoid, the abject, and the limits of representation.
- Authority, boundary, return, service, and responsibility.

Intersubjective field, thirdness, and the person of the therapist

Psychotic transference, dependency, and contemporary clinical practice
Margaret Little, Winnicott, Fairbairn, Bleichmar, McDougall, and Green.

Relational memory, symbol, and the clinical practice of return
Freud, Jung, and post-Jungians. Preventing inflation, literalism, and spiritual bypassing.
Course II · Initiatic Discernment and Traditional Metaphysics

Mapping levels and discerning hypotheses
Huston Smith, Guénon, Schuon, Panikkar, and Nasr. The three hypotheses in the face of an experience.

Mundus imaginalis, the psychoid, and the abject
Corbin, Hillman, Jung, and Kristeva. Listening to the image without literalizing it.
07
Self-remembering, voices, and discernment of spirits
Steiner, Gurdjieff, and Ouspensky. Multiple hypotheses and an anti-paranoia protocol.

Power, boundaries, and the ethical test of the one who accompanies
Charisma, idealization, and prevention of abuse. Return, reciprocity, and concrete service.

Psicoanalista relacional-intersubjetivo, terapeuta transpersonal y curandero vegetalista. Director del Instituto de Psicoterapia y Espiritualidad y fundador del Centro Saviaterra. Hoy lidera su proyecto más personal: CHAKARUNA Project.
His teaching integrates contemporary psychodynamic clinical practice, symbolic thought, perennial metaphysics, and Amazonian vegetalismo, with an emphasis on the relational field, discernment, and the return to ordinary life.
